This was my very first time hiring an attorney. Lowe Law Group was the one who took my case after I was told by everyone else they were sorry but they couldn't do anything to help with my awful hit and run that I was in. Alyssa was my main contact and she made sure to answer all my questions. Even when I asked many she didn't get impatient or impolite. I’m writing to express what a great job Ashley did on my case I wasn’t looking to get what I am receiving.at first I wasn’t comfortable with the first attorney that was on my case. But than they gave my case to Ashley she constantly kept me updated. I wasn’t looking ready to settle for less. Not Ashley she said I can get you more if you remain patient. Cassi was extremely helpful and caring during my case. Rone and the team have been absolutely wonderful, you hear about companies and firms advertising getting you help with your health and recovery all the time, yet everyone around me told me to go into the situation with any high hopes, these lovely individuals stuck it out with me from pretty much the beginning, ended up getting me into the doors of physical therapy etc.I had delayed reactions through most of it bc I was constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop and it never did with them and their team. I’ve been working with Cassi on my case, and the experience has been excellent so far. With my busy schedule, it’s not always easy for me to make appointments on time, but Cassi has been incredibly understanding and flexible. I can always reach out with questions, and she consistently responds quickly and clearly. At one point, my case was reassigned, and I immediately noticed the differenc line night and day. I actually had to call and specifically ask for Cassi again because the level of service just wasn’t the same. Since getting her back on my case, everything has been smooth and stress-free. I contacted this Lowe LAW Group after my car insurance company wouldn't really explain what I needed to do next. After an injury from an auto accident became a surgical fix I sought their advice. Camille is wonderful! She has been fantastic helping me navigate through the lengthy process of getting care for my injuries, keeping me updated on how things are progressing, or if I need to file any new paperwork, and directly dealing with the car insurance company themselves. It is a lengthy process but I am confident that I have someone on my side who seems to have my best interests at the center of their communication making sure I know what is happening.

After involving in an auto accident in March of 2025, my daughter filed a claim with a local attorney against the at-fault driver’s insurance couple days after the accident. My case has been one of those difficult cases. I have been through a few different people as contact people and people. Are I guess in charge of the case, I have to do a shout out to Hillary, correct her, and Jessica Hillary had me after James, which was a nightmare, but he really was compassionate and understanding to all the stressful conditions that I was going through and still going through Jessica has now taken Uber she's usually right on point I don't know what's going on. Not in the office for this past couple of weeks but I do know that they're very compassionate and sometimes it seems like process is frustrating and not going nowhere but I have faith.And I put my trust and faith in two little lowes law because in the beginning, it just seemed like everybody and that brother was just trying to get me the same and go on with them with no understanding of what this was going to look like, just so you know, because I would love for my case to be done another worth it, you have to follow the process and continue to go through the struggles that hurts the bumps, all the things that are uncomfortable. I'm still going to my kids happen on January 22nd or 2025. I feel.\nConfident, this case will get finished this year.I'm still in physical therapy.I still contact with my doctors.I'm still contact with my attorney.Assistant. I was recently run off the road by a semi-truck from a major company. It was a dark, rainy night on a country highway, and I was terrified. I got out of my car, thinking, at least there's somebody here with me to help me through this, and I was horrified to see the driver drive away and leave me there. I got a hold of Lowe Law Firm, and they have been with me this whole time helping me, and I am amazed at their compassion. Colton is my contact now and he is awesome. I will definitely give them the highest rating possible. And if you don't have a dash cam, I highly suggest getting one. Rone Johnson and Marissa Reed have been amazing and so helpful. The accident was in February 2026 I'm still struggling with my injuries in June. I will update this review when it's all settled

I was dead in the water with Allstate and with thousands in medical bills. ONE CALL to Attorney Brian Deal at Lowe Law group changed everything. Allstate insurance blinked and folded in just a matter of a couple weeks after saying they were not going to pay anything. Brian Deal got it done. He’s easy to get ahold of and fast responses!
