Jason is an experienced litigator with a passion for advocacy. Though Jason now represents individuals with personal injury claims, he has also defended clients against such claims. He leverages his unique experience working on both sides of the aisle to resolve disputes for his clients and focus on what matters. He has experience litigating complex and difficult matters across a range of subject matters and in many jurisdictions. This experience has taught him that every case is unique, and each requires attention to the small things.
Jason is an assistant adjunct professor of law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah where he coaches students in moot court and oral and written advocacy. Jason was raised in Utah but ventured to Kansas for several years for school and work. He went to the University of Kansas law school and loves the Jayhawks and Chiefs.
