What Makes Us Different?
There are many corporate law firms in Arkansas who can take your personal
injury case. But what many claimants are upset to find out later is that
law firms like that don’t really take their cases to heart. Instead
of giving everyone their deserved attention and care, cases are filed
away by number and often forgotten until they are next in line.
At Lowe Law Group, we take a personalized approach when working on a case
because it matters to us to know that our clients feel heard and represented.
We are known among our peers for our honesty, integrity, and tireless
work ethic that goes above and beyond what most people might expect from
a law firm. After you are hit by a reckless driver, slip on a puddle in
a retail store, get bitten by a neighbor’s aggressive dog, or hurt
in any other way that was not your fault, you can feel secure in choosing
us to be your legal representation.
Here are just a few other things that make our law firm stand out:
- We have successfully recovered millions of dollars for our clients through
settlement and verdicts.
- We have lawyers named in the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America”
list by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
- We offer contingency fees that mean you do not pay us any attorney fees
unless we win your case.
- We also offer no-cost case evaluations to let you learn more about your
legal options without paying first.
Arkansas Statute of Limitations
Each state has its own statute of limitations regarding when to file a
personal injury claim. In Arkansas, this statute is limited to only three
years, starting on the day of the accident or injury. If three years pass
and no personal injury claim has been filed, then you will likely have
no chance to file a claim afterward. As your legal representatives, it
will be part of our job to make certain your claim is filed correctly
and before the statute of limitations ends.
